I prefer available light and will very soon be experimenting with infrared. I like real photos, ones that seem to be just the way you remember an event or a place even in the semi dark. I found inspiration in the work of Greg Crewdson but I try to do without the vast support mechanism involved in his work. Just shot a pub gig by candle light, to be frank more light would have been useful it was ever thus.
