About Ellenette

I was born in California, my family moved back and forth from Fiji and the U.S.A until we settled in Fiji permanently when I was 10yrs old. I moved myself to New Zealand where I received my Bachelour in Visual Arts, majouring in photography- although my practice in the arts spans across all mediums! I also commission paintings, graphite portraits and meddle in fashion design. My photography keeps me busy- I have a portable lighting studio for some shoots but I really love ambient light and natural settings for character shots. Much of my work at the moment is freelance; I get hired by bands, models, actors, families, functions and fashion, as well as commissioned art-photography.
