About Mike Jones

I'm a freelance photographer specializing in wedding and portrait photography. I've done all sorts of photography incl. commercial shoots, but my real passion is taking pictures of people.

I'm looking to build up a more stylized portrait portfolio, so would be interested to hear from any models, make-up artists and stylists on a TPC basis. Travel expenses can be discussed.

Having looked around on many sites of late I’ve noticed that portrait photography seems to have become stylized pictures of half naked women. I can appreciate a naked body like any other guy, but I’ve found this to be lazy photography.

My ethos is to capture a snapshot of what makes the person I’m shooting unique. My intention is to see what's going on behind their eyes. This is the kind of work that interests me. Please feel free to contact me.
